School Day SAT -- March 4
Tuesday, March 4 is the School Day SAT here at Homestead.  Please read the information below for your grade level regarding plans for that day.  More information for all grade levels will come from teachers and through school email.

Grade 9:
March 4 will be an eLearning Day at home for students in grades 9. They will be completing the Knowledge Assessment Module in Canvas to Qualify for Dual Credit.

  • Grade 9 students will not be on campus and should treat the day as an E-learning Day.  Their assignments on March 4 will be to log into the “Class of 2028” Canvas course and complete the Ivy Tech entrance exam (Knowledge Assessment) module in Canvas that will qualify students for over 40 free college courses offered here at Homestead.  Students in grade 9 will be excused from completing traditional class work on March 4th, so that they can use their time to complete this important module. Students who do not pass the assessments on their first attempt should use the tutorials provided within the assessment portal to study and practice any of the content they missed, and then retake the exam(s).

Grade 10:
March 4 will be an eLearning Day at home for students in grades 10.
  • Grade 10 students will not be on campus and should treat the day as an E-learning Day. They will be assigned traditional coursework from their teachers. For instructions, students should check their Canvas calendars to find e-learning work.
