Bienvenidos ... Bienvenue ... Willkommen ... Salvete

Welcome! We appreciate your interest in our World Language program at Homestead High School and Southwest Allen County Schools.  Students have the opportunity to begin studying French, Latin and Spanish in 7th grade through 12th grade, and German in 9th grade through 12th grade.

Our goal as a World Language department is to prepare today’s learners for tomorrow’s opportunities by helping them acquire the language skills and cultural competencies they will need to become critical thinkers, creative thinkers, communicators, collaborators, resilient problems solvers, and citizens with global perspectives. We strive to give our language students the skills they will need to spontaneously communicate in a variety of cultural situations in non-rehearsed settings as they speak, read, write and hear the languages they are studying.

If you have any questions please contact World Language Chair, Justin Peeper at  jpeeper@sacs.k12.in.us or at 260.431.2200.
