Hello Spartans!

We are having an eLearning Day TODAY - Monday, January 27th.

Your eLearning assignments will be posted on your Canvas calendar no later than 9 a.m. today. 

We will not be holding classes via Zoom. Instead, you will log into Canvas, you will check your Canvas Calendar for your assignment for each class, and you will complete the work your teachers have assigned for the day. 

Pay attention to the deadlines for submitting your work. Some assignments may be due by 11:59 p.m. tonight, and others may be due when you return to class tomorrow.

If you have tech issues that you cannot solve on your own, please email your computer techs at: drybolt@sacs.k12.in.us OR jfritsch@sacs.k12.in.us 

If a conversation would be the better way to seek help, you can call 431-2200 to talk to Ms. Rybolt and Ms. Fritsch. 

Remember, to be counted present during eLearning you must complete all of your assignments that have been posted in Canvas. 

If you are too ill to complete your eLearning assignments, a parent or guardian MUST call the HHS attendance line (431-2205) after a cancellation has been announced to let us know that you are too sick to work from home. PowerSchool will then be updated to reflect that you have chosen to use one of your 10 Parent Excused (PX) absences for the eLearning Day. (If you bring a doctor’s note with you when you return to school, PowerSchool will be updated with a DX.)

Your teachers will be available to assist you via email from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. today.

Please contact your teachers if you have any questions or need help doing your eLearning. If your teacher has not specified how to ask a question, send an email. They will be standing by to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
