Homestead High School Celebrates Three National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists
 
Homestead High School is proud to announce that three senior students have been named Semifinalists in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program. This prestigious recognition highlights their exceptional academic achievement and dedication, placing them among the nation's highest-performing students.
 
The National Merit Scholarship Program honors students who demonstrate outstanding performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT), which serves as the qualifying examination for the competition. Semifinalists represent fewer than one percent of high school seniors across the United States, making this an extraordinary accomplishment.
