Homestead High School Families - 

We hope this message finds you having an enjoyable summer. With the start of the school year quickly approaching, we wanted to share a few important upcoming dates for Homestead High School.

• SACS Required Online Registration has been open for returning families.

  • Please note:  Online Registration must be completed prior to attending In Person Registration Day.

• Tuesday - July 29, 2025 - Homestead High School In Person Registration for ALL students from 8 am to 8 pm.
  

  • ALL students and families please enter Door #1.  There will be 5 areas to visit after entering:

    • Gold Gym - School Pictures/ID's.  All students will have a photo taken for a student ID and for underclassmen (Grades 9-11) the photo will be included in the yearbook.

    • Cafeteria

      • Parking Passes - $40.00

      • Athletic Passes

        • Student All-Sport: $45.00

        • Sports 10-Punch Card: $55.00

        • Adult All-Sport: $80.00

      • Optional Student Activity fees, various Booster memberships / donations, etc.

      • We will ONLY accept cash or check (payable to HHS) . No credit or debit cards are accepted.

      • Once applicable fees have been paid, students may collect school IDs and schedules.

    • Computer Pickup - Students with school ID in hand will pick up laptops (must be picked up by the student, not parent/guardian) in the following locations:

      • 9th & 10th (Room A1046)

      • 11th & 12th (Room A2050)

    • Homestead Spirit Store - Before you leave be sure to stop by and purchase some Homestead swag! The Spirit Store is located right off the Door 1 hallway.

  • Donations of facial tissues and disinfectant wipes may be dropped off inside Door #1. Thank you for supplying our teachers with these items for the school year.

  • Yearbooks: 

    • The 2025-2026 yearbook is now on sale at the early bird pricing of $65. This discounted price will only last through registration on July 29. We recommend making your order as soon as possible at yearbookforever.com. Simply type in Homestead High School into the search bar. Click on the Fort Wayne location, and you will be taken to our online store where all orders can be placed.

    • On July 30th, the price will increase to $75. This pricing will last through the last day of first semester before the pricing increases one final time to $85.

    •  We are also excited to announce that the 2026 yearbook will be delivered in the spring, and students will receive their books before leaving for summer vacation. They will also have the opportunity to sign each other’s book during a designated time.
      

    • 2025 yearbook can be picked up at registration on July 29. If 2025 graduates are not able to attend, a parent or sibling can pick up the book for them. We will hold on to books through the end of the 2025-26 school year. After that point, any books not picked up are subject to resale. If you did not purchase a 2025 yearbook, extra copies will be for sale at registration for $75.

• Thursday, July 31, 2025 - Ninth Grade Orientation for the Class of 2029 (for all incoming ninth grade students only)
  

  • 9:30-10:00 AM, Check-in

  • 10:00AM-1:00PM, Orientation

• Wednesday, August 6, 2025 - First Student Day for the 2025-2026 School Year. Students will report to first period no later than 7:40 am. Traffic is always a challenge the first week of school, so please plan accordingly so that you can arrive on time.
