Homestead has inducted 139 students into our chapter of the National Honor Society. Membership in NHS is a true mark of academic achievement, but being selected goes far beyond the grades that appear on high school transcripts.

These students were selected to become members of this esteemed organization because they exemplify the ideals of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

Homestead’s chapter of NHS completes hundreds of hours of community service each year and members also provide free tutoring for students at Homestead and the district’s middle schools.
