Homestead's Elise Todd wins Grow Allen Logo Contest

Homestead's own Elise Todd was the winning designer in the recent Grow Allen, Inc. Logo Contest. Grow Allen is an organization that is working with schools and community leaders to support and increase the marketable skills and degree attainment for students across Allen County. Elise, who plans to pursue a career in visual communication and design, has developed her skills in a variety of art courses at Homestead, most recently while taking our Advanced Digital Design Dual Credit course with Mr. Manco. The contest judges noted that Elise's use of color and variation of design elements were what made her logo stand above the rest.
Elise was awarded a check for $500 and offered an opportunity to job shadow at a local marketing firm.
Congratulations, Elise!
