Prom Guest Form 2023

HHS Prom is Saturday, April 29th at the Grand Wayne Center.

A current HHS Spartan requesting to bring a guest, who is not a Homestead High School Student to HHS' 2023 Prom, must have the form below completed and returned to the Discipline office no later than 3 p.m. on Friday, April 14th.

We do not accept completed forms via fax or email. You must return the completed IN PERSON to the Discipline Office.

NO LATE COPIES will be ACCEPTED.
