Description:

A team of students with strengths in various areas of science and engineering compete in events that involve different activities, such as hands-on lab activities, building and engineering activities, and written tests.  The students compete in pairs against other teams from area high schools, as well as regional and state schools.

Eligibility Requirements:

Any student with interest and strength in science. Willingness to learn science concepts in more depth that what might be learned in their classes. Cooperative, yet competitive spirit.

Time Commitment:

One meeting per week of approximately 1 hour

Procedure for Joining:

Attend a meeting, email sponsor with interest, dues of $10 per year.
