Les Francofanas – French Club

Description:

“Cercle Francais” is organized to allow students to spend time with other students who have an interest in French language and culture. Activities may include reviewing French films, visiting ethnic restaurants, preparing French food, and learning about French culture.

Eligibility Requirements:

French students and/or students who have an interest in French culture

Time Commitment:

Members attend one monthly meeting and participate in additional planned activities, such a La table francaise- French spoken at a meal in a local restaurant.

Procedure for Joining:

Come to an organizational meeting and/or sign up with a sponsor; $5 membership dues.

Activity Time Period:

September through June, after school

Membership Limit:

Unlimited, but must pay dues to be considered an “official” member
