-Demonstrate financial need (2018 taxes required)
Student must have overcome obstacles that created barriers to academic achievement.  Write two biographical essays addressing the following questions:  What barriers have you or will you have to overcome to attain your educational goals?  Why are you pursuing your chosen career, and what are your long-term goals?
